If you run your company from abroad, Estonian law asks for a few things. We take care of all of them.
Every Estonian company must have a registered address in Estonia where official letters can be delivered.
If the board members live outside Estonia, the company must appoint a contact person in Estonia, provided by a licensed service provider.
Every company files an annual report each year, within six months of the end of the financial year, even with no activity.
Registering for VAT is required once taxable turnover exceeds €40,000 in a calendar year, and is optional below that.

Yes. With an e-Residency card you register and run your company online from anywhere, with no need to travel. Because the board lives abroad, the company needs an Estonian legal address and a contact person, which we arrange. You are always welcome to visit us in Tallinn.
To sign documents and manage your company online you need an Estonian digital ID, such as the e-Residency card. Without one, registration is also possible through a notary.
Once the documents are signed, the Business Register usually processes the application within a few working days.
Estonian law requires a contact person in Estonia when the board members live abroad. We arrange this through our licensed partner.
